Duties, Taxes, Customs or Brokerage Fees
For all orders shipped outside of the USA, duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees may be required upon delivery of your order. We have no control over these fees and are not liable for any such fees under any circumstances. We cannot provide quotations of the fees charged in your location due to their extreme variability, but be aware that they may equal 25 to 95% of the value of your order depending on your location. Please contact your local customs agent for further information. We generally ship UPS Worldwide Express because we have found them to be both reliable and fast to most overseas locations, but we are aware that their brokerage fees can be somewhat higher than other options due to their expedited service. We are happy to ship via the freight forwarder or alternate carrier of your choice at your expense. If you do not pay the required taxes, fees, duties or brokerage fees when notified by your country's customs agent, the order may be abandoned at your local customs facility and we will not be able to recall the order without paying full shipping and duties. Thus, we will not be able to offer any refunds or credits for any order abandoned or refused by you. We will also not be able to refund any duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees if you choose to return product for refund. Please fully research all such fees prior to completing your order as we are not able to recall your order once it has left our facility.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer two guarantees.
First, if you decide for any reason that you simply do not want
a product purchased on our website, return it to us within 30
days for a full refund of the purchase price. The product you
return must be in substantially new condition and not have suffered
any abuse, misuse or visible damage. You will need to contact
us for an RMA number and please supply us with evidence of
your purchase date as well as current contact and refund information.
All Nielsen-Kellerman rowing and soaring products carry a full two-year warranty
against defects in materials and workmanship; All Kestrel products carry a full five-year warranty
against defects in materials and workmanship. The provisions
of this warranty do not apply to batteries or products which
have been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, alteration
or improper maintenance or repair. When returning a product to
us for warranty repair or replacement, please enclose evidence
that it was purchased within the warranty period as well as your current
contact information.
